Order Management Process
- Order Management is a process that requires high levels of expertise and efficiency.
At AWS, we will make things easier for you by picking orders that come via Fax,
Email or Mail and segregate them for your action. These orders will be saved in
pre-designated folders for the Order Entry Process.
- Our team will then enter all orders on the client's ERP system after a thorough
QA proofing process.
- We will verify each order by studying pre-decided business rules associated with
them. We will also communicate with customers on your behalf regarding order confirmation
or incomplete order inputs that are pending.
